It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.

Refund
Refund will be made to guests within 7 to 10 working days.

Cancellation
Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the management. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the management directly. Cancellation will be charged as follows:

1. Free cancelation 24 hours before check-in time (11 AM)
2. 50% refund 12 hours before check-in time
3. 25% refund 6 hours before check-in time
4. No refund will be admissible after that
5. No refund for no show

Privacy Policy
